A bathroom is usually 3–5 weeks, a kitchen 6–10 weeks, and a whole-home renovation 4–7 months. We give you a realistic schedule in writing and a dedicated project manager to keep it on track.
Most remodels that touch plumbing, electrical or structure require permits, and yes, we handle all permitting and inspections for you as part of the project. It's included, not an afterthought.
For most kitchen, bath and single-room projects, yes. We set up dust barriers and clean up daily. For larger whole-home renovations we'll be honest about whether staying makes sense and help you plan around it.
Every project comes with a written 5-year workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer warranties on your materials and fixtures. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it.
